Say what, say what? Chocolate cookies with mayonnaise? Doesn’t sound like it could be good, or maybe it’s just strange to imagine. Today, I am sharing the most delicious chocolate mayonnaise cookie I have ever experienced. I tried to stop at one, but I failed miserably. All I really needed to go with these was a large glass of cold milk. Instead, I had a coconut mojito. That is another recipe for another time!
The recipe is at the very end:)
Sorry, these are just cell phone snaps.
My friend Cathy made these cookies the other evening. She said over 20 years ago she was given the recipe and she recalled loving them so much, she dug out the recipe to try them again. I was very happy to be her taste tester.
Soft, chewy and delicious!
Pin them, make them later.
Enjoy…I know you will:)

These look amazing and I love how easy the are too! I have had mayo in a chocolate cake before so this makes total sense! Then again, pretty much anything with chocolate does – Yummy!

My mom made a chocolate cake that had mayo & cocoa powder in it and frosted it with the powdered sugar frosting. It was the moistest cake and the frosting complemented it so well with the richness of the taste.
