This is the time of year for all things crockpot in our home. How I love thee!
Most of you know I am an original Buffalo chick.
Well, what I mean is I am from Buffalo and lived there most my life up until 16 years ago.
Lived in Jersey the first 10 years of my life, then we migrated to Buffalo, New York.
Yes, I know, it’cold there, and yes, they do get a lot of snow. Blizzard of 77 still has a vivid memory of mine.
One thing most of you know,
is that Buffalo is known for their chicken wings. It’s obvious, they should be if you ever had their wings.
Wings everywhere else on the planet can’t compare in my opinion.
If you ever watch food network the two most popular places are Duff’s and Anchor bar.
I personally like Duff’s, however there are a lot of people that would debate me. I believe Duff’s won the wing off on the food network.
Today, I am sharing a very simple Buffalo Crockpot chicken recipe.
This recipe has a bit of a kick too it.
If you are like me, you can use mild sauce and add your own kick with a hot sauce of choice.
I am trying out a new recipe gadget here so let me know if it works for you. Just print and save, or heck make it today! It’s just that easy and delish.
You may start to see more crockpot recipes here in between some home tours.
Getting a little tougher these days for home tours and I have been on over two years now of asking gals to join the series. I am running out of peeps to ask:)
This recipe was only fitting for today considering my Mom and sister are visiting from Buffalo.
Enjoy!
