Easy Dollar Tree Spring Crafts
Hi there friends! You already know when it comes to seasonal crafts, Dollar Tree is always my go-to place to grab some supplies.
I was fortunate enough to have grabbed quite a few the last time I was there which was the beginning of March before all heck broke loose and our lives turned upside down.
Supplies: Dollar tree wood egg cutouts, Moss sheets, chalk paint, craft paint and a LOVE sign from Dollar Tree. You can use any board you have. In fact, you could even use cardboard if you have it on hand and simply hot glue the moss sheets on top of it.

I had another Love board on hand and figured I could put it to good use. First I painted the board with Chalky paint I had on hand. Chalky paint is best for most craft projects because you will get full coverage and adheres well to wood, glass, and even plastic. It’s versatile and great in my opinion.
I used a few little stencils I had in my stash for the eggs. I stenciled two wooden eggs and the other two I used twine to embellish.
I love the touch of happy Spring colors it brings. It’s amazing how simple and something so small can add to a room.
If you missed my recent post about adding the new rug to the family room HERE, you can check that out.
Thanks for stopping in by friends. I hope you are all doing well. We’ve all been socially distancing for many years together. I guess now we can say, it’s the norm. xo

I am very scared. My hubby is recovering from surgery and has asthma. He’s also a shopaholic. I swear he’s going through withdrawal pain for Walmart. Do you have a simple directions for making masks if you hand sew. Two weeks ago I took my sewing machine to a repair shop . Then the shop closed because of the virus with my machine locked inside. So it’s hand sewing
Thanks and be safe

Lillian, please stay well, both you and your husband. I have come up with searches for sewing machines, but I am sure you can follow just the same hand sewn. May take you a bit longer but the pattern would be the same.https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/health/a31902442/how-to-make-medical-face-masks/

I love your mantle and all the gorgeous pieces you have around it! Today, after watching Downton Abbey movie, I’m going to go downstairs and craft for Spring. I just have to remember to take photos, LOL. I always get caught up in the process! Grins and happy Spring.

I made two wreaths with supplies from the Dollar store . I’m not sure how to include the pictures. I used two straw wreath forms, faux flowers, small foam Easter eggs, ribbons one wide and one thin and two faux butterflies.
