A Side table makoever with Aubusson blue Annie Sloan chalk paint.
I had almost an entire can left of the Aubusson blue after a few small projects I had done.
And yes,
I love the color, I however, only had a few choice pieces
I wanted to accent some things with .
I have three more cans on their way.
Some colors, I have never seen used before in combination and can’t wait to try them.
So I decided to walk the can down to a neighbor that I have gotten to know a little better this past year.
Real nice family, and they have Jack over often, so I wanted to do something nice to show a little gratitude.
I told her all about the paint, gave her the can, and some tips and tricks I have learned along the way.
She knew just the piece she wanted to use on it.
I had all the confidence in the world in her. She is a very good painter herself.

She also did something really cool on this old table top, that I think some of you may want to try.
She said it was easy and very reasonable.
This old outdated table had two glass inserts on it.
She bought the glass mosaic tiles at Lowes…
She just cut, the pieces and placed them on top of the glass grouted and wiped.
She did a spectacular job painting and distressing the piece.
She is going to give it to her daughter to put on her enclosed patio area.
She said she would definitely buy the paint and this was one of her favorite pieces she has ever done.
I can tell you this woman loves to paint furniture too!
