Diet-to-go {review}
So let’s face it….
A lot of us make the New years resolution to go on a diet.
I sorta gave up resolutions a long time ago.
Only because they put pressure on myself. I hate to fail and from past experiences, I have rarely if ever kept my resolutions.
So here’s the deal with me this year.
My big girl panties are NOT shrinking in the dryer.
I was in denial for a few weeks and tried to blame the dryer for shrinking my jeans, and even my underwear.
Reality was this, I don’t put my jeans in the dryer:)
Truth of the matter is, I need to drop around 10 lbs.
SO when
Pollinate gave me the opportunity to try diet- to -go meals, it was perfect timing.
and with the diet delivery at your door, I was very interested.
One thing I do plan on doing this year, is getting more Healthy.
This sedentary lifestyle I have grown accustomed to is just not good.
Better known as bloggers BUTT!
With a diet delivery at my door, healthy and delicious, I have no excuses.
You see I have tried others in the past and found them to be just OK.
The portion size on others was a joke!
What did they think I was a bird?
I like to eat!
and I like a hearty portion.
{Tuna salad, wheat roll and fresh fruit}
Can you get over the size and looks of this fresh tuna salad lunch?
Not to mention it tasted just as good as it looked.
Diet-to-go sent me a variety of lunch and dinners.
They also have breakfast.
Diet-to-Go has three distinct menus, several meal plan options, and hundreds of healthy and delicious meals. Their goal is to make eating healthy easy!
They desire to help you meet your weight loss goals, without adding any extra work.
{I could only eat half of this turkey burger}
and the carrot slaw was to die for!
This is what I’m talking about, you certainly do not feel like you are on a diet!
First thing I was extremely impressed with was their packaging.
Not the usual, in the box, tiny portion control looking food.
Even my husband noted the size and the looks of this tasty food.
Tasty indeed it is.
And this Pasta dinner, you would have thought I made it myself.
Diet-to-go would most definitely be my first choice for a weight loss food.
My plan, notice I say Plan not resolution is start eating healthy again, and to get moving more.
In fact, I had my first brisk 3 mile walk this morning.
Felt great to be out there with a better attitude too.

The food looks so good and the fact that you say it tastes good too, WIN WIN! I’m very interested in trying this … off to check it out!
Wow, Debbie, that looks like really yummy food!! I’m sure you will do great! I have to go low carb though. I just cannot eat any breads or pastas, etc., and lose any weight at all or even keep it off. Something about my *aging* metabolism I guess:-)
Hi Anita. The good news is Diet-to-Go offers a low-carb menu! Visit http://www.diettogo.com and click Free Diet Analysis to determine which plan is best for you!
Good for you Debbie! What an awesome service that makes it so easy to lose weight. I started on my lower carb diet on the 2nd and have already lost 2 pounds. Haven’t gotten on the treadmill yet, but I’m hoping to start that soon too. Gotta get back into my skinny jeans! Look forward to hearing about your progress!
What a great opportunity for you to review this. I may have to check it out and since I haven’t walked since Sept. I have really increased this blogger’s butt.
My goodness that food looks great! I was just over at That’s What Che Said…checking her diet grub out- and I am so impressed with this diet to go company! Amazing good! Thank you for sharing!

Debbie, I have not heard of this plan! I like that it has real food, because let’s be honest, are we really going to stick with just a shake and a few pieces of lettuce? (I tried!!) Excited to hear how it goes and your progress! Good for you, girl, the hardest part is getting started! Thanks for inspiring us!
I like your plan and I’m trying to do the same! I blame Tim Horton’s for some of my weight problem! lol!

Debbie,
It looks so yummy!!! I know you will do really good because it all looks so good!!! I was back at the gym this week after taking time off over the holidays!!!! I needed to detox from all the yummy indulgence over the holidays. I struggle with my weight all the time and it is all about eating good tasting foods and moderation. Good luck.
Kris
Looks yummy! I have several pounds to shed
Thank you for posting this review! You are the second blogger that I follow who is on the diet-to-go program. Her review was also positive. This may be the program for me! As yourself, I need to get up and get a lot more active. I suffer from blogger butt as well. But I also suffer from, t.v butt, reading butt, facebook butt and the biggie, Pinterest butt!!!
I’ll see your 10 pounds and raise you 40! Sadly. I could be the Diet To Go poster girl of don’t let this happen to you.
Bliss
The food looks yummy. I’m off to read about it. My resolution to exercise is on track so far but I suppose that eating better would help my odds. I figured that I’d take one step at a time…time for “step 2″ Thanks for the resource! xo, Kimberly
That really does sound good! I’m trying to maintain my diet but could sure use some new low calorie…tasty dishes! Hugs!
Looks good Deb. I think I could deal with that!
This looks really interesting Debbie! If the food is as good as your photos, it must be YUMMY! I am forwarding this to a few of my friends…
BTW…this warm temperature is wonderful isn’t it!!! Just wish the sun was shinning…
See ya soon, I hope…
